Every metric the platform will calculate must appear in this registry, complete with formula, source dependencies, assumptions, and limitations. Metrics without a registry entry cannot pass the validation layer.

The registry is intentionally empty in Stage 1. Metrics are registered as they are introduced from Stage 5 (Deterministic Metrics Engine) onwards.
